Ever since graduating with distinction as a certified Diamond Polisher and Diamond Valuator at Kimberly International Diamond and Jewellery Academy in 2012 (where he fell head over heels in love with diamonds – and hasn’t looked back since!), for over 10 years , Thoko has been actively involved in the diamond trade and industry in Botswana and Southern Africa.
As a member of the London Diamond Bourse and a Chartered Certified Accountant, Thoko brings diamond, commercial and financial expertise to the fore. His philosophy? When it comes to diamonds, everyone should win: our clients, our value chain partners and most importantly, the people of Botswana who make it all worthwhile. His blend of expertise and authentic approach ensures every transaction sparkles with mutual value.
Since joining Lejwana in 2023, Thoko has brought in a keen client-centred, market-driven, operationally proficient and commercially astute approach matched only by his unwavering commitment to integrity, transparency, fairness and community empowerment.

Operations Director
Baone brings deep-rooted knowledge of the Botswana diamond industry and a strong local network to Lejwana’s operations. His expertise spans the entire value chain – from mine to market – ensuring every transaction flows smoothly through our carefully crafted Brokerage, Sourcing and Sub-Contracted Manufacturing processes.

With deep expertise in valuation and gemmology, Paresh leads Lejwana’s quality assurance division with unparalleled technical mastery.
